What are the opportunities or needs we address?

Wayo Japan provides a relaxed comfortable affordable place to enjoy freshly prepared meals of the highest quality containing the healthiest natural ingredients possible.



What are we doing to address those needs?



My wife, Kira Lee Hubbell, personally selects all the steak, chicken, fish, sea food and produce we serve. The sauces and salad dressings are made right here in our kitchen insuring we have complete control of their ingredients. We believe that if it can’t be used as it was grown naturally we won’t serve it to you. There is only one can in our kitchen; the one used for your desserts, whipped cream.



What principles or beliefs guide our work?



Living by your wants will never make you happy. What it means to be fully human is to strive to live by ideas and ideals. Not to measure your life by what you have attained in terms of your desires. But those small moments of integrity, rationality and even self-sacrifice. Because in the end the only way we can measure the significance of our own lives is by the value we placed in the lives and health of others!
